Wooden butterfly wall decor

Butterfly 3-piece is a butterfly motif divided across three panels. Playful in shape and sharply cut, giving the design a light appearance on any wall.

Each set is water-cut to order in the Netherlands. You choose the size and material yourself: natural poplar plywood or black MDF. We apply the mounting tape to the back of each panel in advance, so you can hang the set without drilling or screws.

Why this design

• Light and playful. The butterfly shapes give your wall movement without making it look cluttered.
• Separate panels, one image. You hang the three panels with a small space between them. Together, they form a single composition with rhythm and depth.
• Three sizes. From 68 to 140 cm wide, suitable for both a narrow or a wide wall.
• Hang without drilling. The mounting tape is already attached. You don't have to cut or stick anything to size yourself.

Choose your material

Natural poplar plywood (9 mm)
Light wood with a natural grain. It is supplied untreated. Leave it natural for a warm accent, or paint or stain it yourself in a color that matches your interior.

Black MDF (8 mm)
The MDF is black through and through, so the cut edges are also black. The butterfly shapes stand out most sharply against a white, beige, or light gray wall. Ready to hang immediately.

Available sizes

• Small, 68 × 30 cm. A compact size for a narrower wall, above a desk or nightstand.
• Medium, 102 × 45 cm. Suitable above a dresser, bed, or TV stand.
• Large, 140 × 62 cm. For a wide wall, above a sofa, bed, or dining table.

The measurements are the width × height of the complete set. Not sure which size fits best? Tape off the outer dimensions of the set on the wall with painter's tape. This way, you can see in advance how much space the set will take up.

Hang without drilling

The double-sided Tesa Powerbond Ultra Strong mounting tape has already been applied by us to the back of each panel. You do not need a drill, screws, or wall plugs.

1. Clean the wall. Choose a smooth, firm surface and ensure the substrate is clean, dry, dust-free, and grease-free.
2. Determine the position. First, lay the panels in the correct order on the floor. Then hold them against the wall, check the height and alignment, and make light pencil marks. Keep about 2 to 3 cm of space between the panels.
3. Remove foil and press. Work panel by panel: remove the protective foil and press the panel firmly against the wall over the entire surface.

Pay attention to the surface: The tape is intended for a smooth, firm, clean, and dry surface. Avoid rough textures, loose wallpaper, damp or powdery walls, and poorly adhering paint layers. Check the position carefully in advance. When removing the permanent tape, residue or damage may remain.

We only make your wall decor after you have ordered it. You will receive the set within 3 to 7 working days. After shipment, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €100.
