General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of wall decor and wall panels at WandSfeer.nl. By placing an order, you agree to the provisions below. We keep things clear and customer-friendly.

Definitions

  • Customer: any natural or legal person who places an order.
  • Entrepreneur: WandSfeer.nl, established in the Netherlands.
  • Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded via the webshop.
  • Products: wooden wall decor/wall panels in Poplar Natural, Black MDF (through-colored), or Premium 2K Deep Black (RAL 9005), produced with precision water cutting.

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded via wandsfeer.nl. Deviations are only binding if confirmed in writing.

Offer & prices

  • All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
  • Images and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible; minor color or size deviations are possible.
  • We may change or correct the offer. Obvious (printing) errors do not bind us.

Ordering & payment

After your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email. Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Bancontact, or Klarna Pay Later. The order is processed after successful payment/approval.

Production & delivery

  • We produce on-demand using water-cutting technology for cool, clean cuts without burnt edges.
  • Delivery time: usually 3–7 working days. In case of an exceptional delay, we will inform you in a timely manner.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace.

Shipping & transfer of risk

We package your wall decor carefully. Risk transfers upon delivery to the address provided by you. Check the package upon receipt. Transport damage? Report this within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it free of charge.

Installation & use

Products are designed for drill-free mounting with included mounting tape on clean, flat, dry walls. Adhesion may be lower on rough/powdery surfaces; ask for our advice if in doubt. Always follow the manual/dimension sketch.

Right of withdrawal & returns

  • You have a 30-day cooling-off period to register your order (undamaged, unpainted, and complete) for return.
  • Register your return according to the steps in our return policy. After receipt/check, we will refund via the original payment method.
  • Exception: custom work (deviating dimensions/designs) is excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a demonstrable production error.

Warranty & conformity

You may expect a sound product. In the event of a defect not caused by use/installation, we will seek an appropriate solution: repair, replacement, or refund in line with the law. In case of issues, contact us immediately, preferably with photos and order number.

Material, color & finish

  • Poplar Natural is a natural product; minute differences in grain/tint may occur.
  • Black MDF is through-colored; edges may appear matte/darker compared to the flat surface.
  • Premium 2K Deep Black (RAL 9005) is built up with primer + 2K lacquer; avoid aggressive cleaners.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless mandatory law stipulates otherwise. We are not liable for consequential damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, and texts on the website are the property of WandSfeer.nl or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g., disruptions at carriers, processors, or calamities), we may suspend obligations or dissolve the agreement without compensation.

Questions or complaints? Email info@wandsfeer.nl. We usually respond within 2 working days and will resolve this quickly.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
